RETURNS
Due to the custom nature and size of most of our products, returns are not accepted unless MaxAir Trampolines has made an error. In this case, we would correct the mistake and or replace the product. We want the best for our customers, so even if it’s a customer error, please feel free to give us a call, and we will do our best to help remedy the situation. MaxAir will pay return shipping and re-shipping cost on any defective or inaccurate items sent. If customers order the incorrect item, then they are responsible for return and re-shipping of items.

FITMENT CHECK
Our Fitment check is designed to assist customers in purchasing the correct product for their needs. Customers are asked to go through and verify the proper dimensions before making a replacement trampoline bed purchase. This assures that customers are purchasing the correct product for their needs.

WARRANTY

TRAMPOLINE BEDS
We offer a 1-year warranty on our trampoline beds only if they are purchased in conjunction with our frame & springs. The only exception is if you want to build the frame yourself; however, you must completely adhere to our frame guidelines. Any alterations to the product that have not been approved by MaxAir Trampolines will VOID your warranty. Our trampoline beds are proven durable from years of use in our trampoline facility. We know that under normal bouncing conditions with shoes off and a yearly painting that the beds can last for 2-4 years. But due to the many uses that our trampolines have and the variations in the amount of wear from these uses, we are unable to warranty our beds without the use of our springs, frame and setup instructions. Our beds are designed around a certain amount of spring stretch, and distance from the frame to assure the tension of the trampoline bed does not reach maximum loads. Some examples of extreme uses that may degrade beds faster are bouncing with shoes on, bouncing using snowboards with sharp edges, bouncing using skis with sharp edges, and using unapproved springs which can bottom out the bed quicker causing strings to overstretch and wear quicker. Customers may also want to avoid having people bounce on trampolines with rough clothing such as jeans, clothing with metal buttons, rivets, or belts as these can cause damage to string.

In any case, if you’re having any problems with our products, please feel free to give us a call, and we can see how we might be able to help you.

OTHER EQUIPMENT
Frames, Springs, or Pads typically last many years under normal use. Generally, the only way these would become damaged would be due to some form of extreme misuse. We include an extra 10 springs with a set because occasionally athletes will land on them causing them to overstretch and lose their form.
