Gear and apparel items may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
Due to the custom nature and size of our trampolines and trampoline equipment, returns are not accepted unless a production error has been made. This includes but is not limited to: all trampoline beds, springs, frames, pads, pad covers, nets, net pole covers, weather covers, and complete trampoline packages. Product listed as on sale, product discounted by percentage or a fixed amount, or product placed on promotion are ineligible for returns or refunds. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if shipping services are provided by MaxAir Trampolines.
