OUR TWO-STRING FLY BED

Our beds are crafted from 100% multifilament polyester with a break strength far superior to machine-made poly or web beds, which can cost up to four times as much & fail after a single tear. These fly beds are built for strength, durability, & performance. The strings are solution-dyed for long-lasting color, treated with a non-yellowing, moisture-resistant, & weatherproofing process for exceptional UV protection. Unlike web & poly beds, which restrict airflow, our beds are engineered for maximum air passage. This allows athletes to achieve greater height & perform complex off-axis spins & flips with precision. The unique 1/4-inch two-string weave optimizes airflow, delivering the speed & snap necessary to soar. Each bed is handmade on specialty looms in the USA, ensuring the highest quality & craftsmanship.

OUR REGULAR SPRINGS

Built from high-tensile strength steel & manufactured in the USA, our springs provide stability & solid bounce consistency. Each regular corner spring (11.65″ or 29.5 cm) ensures safety by centering the athlete when bouncing near edges, while the regular side springs (10.75″ or 27.3 cm) deliver unmatched responsiveness. With the most active coils per inch, a helical cone design, & round, center-placed hooks, our springs achieve the sturdiest bed-to-frame attachment. This ensures high elasticity & maximum deflection, creating a stress limit that endures even under the heaviest loads. Coated with a resilient resin, these springs withstand extreme environments while maintaining peak performance. Together, they can launch trained athletes 20 feet into the air, depending on skill level. Remember to always bounce responsibly & know your limits.

OUR STEEL FRAMES

Our angle-steel frame is the foundation of our trampoline, made in the USA & treated with a weather-resistant powder coating. Designed for extreme durability & ease of use, the frame employs a wiggle wire design to reduce spring friction & wear, prolonging the life of your trampoline. For simplicity & convenience, our frames are constructed in 12 sections: 6 pieces measuring 57 3/8″ (145.7 cm) & 6 pieces measuring 31 7/8″ (80.9 cm). The modular design ensures quick installation while maintaining the structural integrity to support high-performance activities. Optimized for physics, the frame aligns perfectly with the springs & bed to deliver a straight-up heavenly bounce experience. For the 2025-2026 season, our 6′ x 12′ steel frames are available in a sleek forest green finish.

Safety meets luxury with our deluxe spring pads, now upgraded to 9″ (22.86 cm) thick & 60″ (152.4 cm) wide for the ultimate in comfort & protection. Crafted from medium-density polyurethane foam, these pads are designed to absorb impact during even the most intense training routines.
